Supply Pastor:  Our guest Pastor for the month of December will be Reverend Bernie Dougherty.  He is a retired minister from Stow.  We look forward to having Pastor Bernie lead us in worship.

Dec. 13 Fundraiser:  We will be selling Pepperoni Rolls ($2.50 each) and Sausage Rolls ($4.00 each) from Ianazone’s TODAY.  Please see Diana Bauman if you are interested.

Congregation Budget Meeting:  The Congregation Budget Meeting will be held next Sunday, December 20, immediately following the 10:30 am worship service.  Please plan to attend.

Reverse Advent Calendar:  Instead of receiving a gift daily, we will be collecting a different gift daily – 24 days of giving.  There is a calendar in the narthex with drawers.  Pick one or multiple ones and donate what is for that day.  We will also be collecting hats and mittens for the mitten tree.  If you have any questions, please call Judy Dodge at 330-766-0940.

Christmas Eve Worship Services:  This Christmas Eve we will have services at 5:00 and 7:30 pm.  Please contact the church office via phone or email or let one of the ushers know which service you are planning to attend so we can plan accordingly and maintain our COVID-19 protocols.  If you have any questions, please call David Maurice at 330-505-8175 or cell 330-316-6484.

Food Outreach:  St. Paul Church is reaching out to old and new friends with a fresh meal and food care packages that are delivered once a month.  Grace crafted 18 meals with roasted turkey slices, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a veggie for the November delivery.  Small boxed pies accompanied each meal.  Four households received additional bags of groceries.  Debbie Illencik, Marty Maurice, and Bonnie and Rick Thompson delivered.  We are thankful for the response from you and plan to continue deliveries into the new year.  Keep filling the basket with the following suggested items:  cereal, soup and crackers, canned meats, canned fruits, boxed potatoes and stuffing, gravy, canned sweet potatoes, corn, green beans, peanut butter and jelly, and cookies.  Monetary donations can be made to the church with FOOD OUTREACH on the memo line.  This is a Thrivent Financial Action Team project.  Please contact Bonnie Thompson at 330-272-1400, Debbie Illencik at 234-308-1626 or Grace Shiau at 330-505-8175.

Grand-families:  Grand-families meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month in the Parlor.  We will meet Saturday, January 9 and 23, at 10:30 am.

Thank you from Deborah Bartlett:  Thank you all and God bless you for your usual and amazing support of our annual Operation Christmas Child project.  I know it has been a very difficult, stressful, and trying year and yet you were able to put your own needs aside for the good of children around the world.  Our church is truly alive with faith, hope, and love!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and wish you a Merry Christmas and a joyous New Year.
