THANK YOU: Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your generous monetary donations as well as numerous items for our spring basket raffle. The baskets are beautiful and are brimming with lots of great “stuff” thanks to your generosity. Raffle tickets will be available on Sunday, April 18, and the drawing will be held on Thursday, April 22, at the Preschool Art Show. A report on the exact proceeds will be forthcoming. This has been a great fundraiser for our new heating system! With gratitude, Kay Paajanen and Brenda Ceplecci
GRAND-FAMILIES: Grand-families meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month in the Parlor. We will meet Saturday, April 24, at 10:30 am.
PROPERTY WORK WEEK: There will be a Property Work Week April 26-30. We will concentrate on trimming bushes and cleaning the beds. Work will begin at 6:00 pm and end by 8:00 pm. Arrive as you are able. We will work each evening until the job is completed. I thought this might give some people a chance to help without disrupting a weekend. Any and all help is welcome. Thank you in advance. Please contact Tim Martin at 330-506-9214.
FOOD OUTREACH: Delivery of hot meals continued on March 19. We also delivered boxes of shelf-stable foods to several families in need. We are thankful for the response from you. Our hope is to maintain the servant project, once a month, through the year, recognizing an essential need in the community and to keep communication with some of our members, too. The following suggested items are always appreciated: cereal, soup, pasta, canned meats (such as tuna, salmon, turkey, chicken), boxed potatoes, gravy, and peanut butter. The next scheduled delivery date is April 23. Monetary donations can be made to the church with FOOD OUTREACH on the memo line. Questions or suggestions, please contact Bonnie Thompson at 330-272-1400, Debbie Illencik at 234-308-1626 or Grace Shiau at 330-720-4579.

ST. PAUL YOUTH UPDATE FROM STACEY ALTIERE
In lieu of our normal gathering this evening, we will be meeting at our new community garden to strategize. Our property is located on Willard Avenue in Warren, directly across from the Willard PreK-8 school. Families are asked to bring the youth to the garden at 1:00 pm. Families are welcome to drop off or stay to plan (we will be there for approximately one hour).
Children being confirmed on Sunday, May 23, are asked to stay after service today to meet with Pastor Zackrison for further instructions. This class will precede our outing to the garden for Youth Group.
First Communion Craft
April 25 – May 2
Children receiving First Communion on Sunday, May 16, are asked to stay after service on April 25 and May 2. Kay Paajanen will be leading the children in a very special project to design their First Communion goblets which will be used on this special occasion. Thank you Kay Paajanen and Debbie Groves for keeping this tradition alive!
